Red love with El Palauet Living

If you like glamor style combined with art decor in the neighborhood of Prada, Hermes and Chanel, this is the best hotel you can imagine.

I promised myself that at this point I would write only an objective look at hotels and luxury places. With their pros and cons… BUT places like El Palauet just have no disadvantages… ok, maybe except for the high price.

El Palauet’s city-central suites are bright white beauties; housed in a 1906 art nouveau building with soaring ceilings, stained glass windows, opulent frescoes and a rooftop spa. Each suite is assigned its own personal assistant, who will help you unwrap Barcelona, barrio by barrio. Poorly?

,,We just love looking after our guests and that’s why we celebrate their arrival by offering an exclusive welcome gift which changes seasonally

Barcelona’s chicest street fascinates you as much as it does us then Principal Passeig de Gràcia is the suite for you. Two impressive balconies with gilded wrought iron balustrading, offer unbeatable views over Paseo de Gracia. One of the balconies runs from the master bedroom to the living room granting the perfect space for relaxing in the Barcelona sun.

This beautiful 150m2 suite has an entrance hall, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and two separate bedrooms complete with ensuite bathroom styled in custom corian material.

The opulent ceiling in the living room is a stunning example of the craftsmanship of the Modernista period. Intricate floral designs weave their way across the ceilings of the living room and into the bedrooms where luxurious Egyptian cot ton sheets help you to drift into a tranquil sleep.

No design detail is overlooked with contemporary pieces by Paola Lenti, Eero Saarinen, Ron Arad and many more, gracing the suite. The attention to detail doesn’t stop there with up to date technology allowing you to control the lighting and sound systems, temperature and Smart Tv from an iPad mini or touchscreen control panel.

If you’re craving some ‘me’ time head to the rooftop terrace where you’ll find private spa and a terrace with bar service.
